A Viennese Concert for New Year's Day
  • Grove Music Online has information on Johann Strauss and you can listen to a variety of his waltzes and polkas on both Classical Music Library and Naxos Music Library.
  • You can also borrow the 'Johann & Josef Strauss: Waltzes & Polkas' and 'Strauss Favourites' (Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra) CDs from the SoundGallery at Central Library.
  • 'Johann Strauss: Father and son, and their era' by Hans Fantel is also available for loan from our non fiction collection.
